WASHINGTON, Aug. 6 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a proposed rule called: Partial Approval and Partial Disapproval of Air Quality State Implementation Plans; Arizona; Prevention of Significant Deterioration Infrastructure Requirements for the 2012 Fine Particulate Matter National Ambient Air Quality Standard.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Aug. 6 by Michael Martucci, Acting Regional Administrator, Region IX.
