WASHINGTON, March 17 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a proposed rule called: National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants: Ethylene Oxide Emissions Standards for Sterilization Facilities Residual Risk and Technology Review Reconsideration.
