WASHINGTON, May 1 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a proposed rule called: National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants: Ethylene Oxide Emissions Standards for Sterilization Facilities Residual Risk and Technology Review Reconsideration; Extension of Comment Period.
The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on May 1 by Panagiotis Tsirigotis, Director, Office of Clean Air Programs.
