WASHINGTON, Sept. 11 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a proposed rule called: Maryland: Final Approval of State Underground Storage Tank Program Revisions, Codification, and Incorporation by Reference.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Sept. 11 by Amy Van Blarcom-Lackey, Regional Administrator, EPA Region 3.
