WASHINGTON, Sept. 16 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a proposed rule called: Indiana: Approval of State Coal Combustion Residuals Permit Program.

Summary: The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA or the Agency) is proposing to approve Indiana's Coal Combustion Residuals (CCR) partial permit program under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA).
