WASHINGTON, Nov. 20 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a proposed rule called: Finding of Failure To Attain and Reclassification of Tribal Portions of the Greater Connecticut Ozone Nonattainment Area as Serious for the 2015 Ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standards.
The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Nov. 20 by Mark Sanborn, Regional Administrator, EPA Region 1.
