WASHINGTON, July 2 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a proposed rule called: Federal Plan Requirements for Other Solid Waste Incineration Units That Commenced Construction on or Before August 31, 2020, and Have Not Been Modified or Reconstructed After August 29, 2025.
The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on July 2 by Lee Zeldin, Administrator.
