ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY ISSUES PROPOSED RULE: EFFLUENT LIMITATIONS GUIDELINES AND STANDARDS FOR THE STEAM ELECTRIC POWER GENERATING POINT SOURCE CATEGORY-UNMANAGED COMBUSTION RESIDUAL LEACHATE

WASHINGTON, May 18 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a proposed rule called: Effluent Limitations Guidelines and Standards for the Steam Electric Power Generating Point Source Category-Unmanaged Combustion Residual Leachate.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on May 18 by Lee Zeldin, Administrator.
