WASHINGTON, Feb. 26 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a proposed rule called: Approval of Missouri's Request for Partial Program Delegation of Clean Air Act Section 112(r) Prevention of Accidental Release Program.
The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Feb. 26 by James Macy, Regional Administrator, Region 7.
