WASHINGTON, Oct. 1 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a proposed rule called: Approval of Implementation Plans for Air Quality Planning Purposes; State of Nevada; Truckee Meadows Second 10-Year Maintenance Plan for the 1987 PM-10 Standard.
The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Oct. 1 by Michael Martucci, Acting Regional Administrator, Region IX.
