WASHINGTON, March 23 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a proposed rule called: Approval and Promulgation of State Plans for Designated Facilities and Pollutants; West Virginia; Control of Emissions From Existing Municipal Solid Waste Landfills.
The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on March 23 by Amy Van Blarcom-Lackey, Regional Administrator, Region III.
