WASHINGTON, March 4 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a proposed rule called: Approval and Promulgation of State Air Quality Plans for Designated Facilities and Pollutants; Texas; Control of Emissions From Existing Municipal Solid Waste Landfills.
The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on March 4 by Walter Mason, Regional Administrator, Region 6.
