WASHINGTON, July 14 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a proposed rule called: Amendments and Nonconformance Penalties for Model Year 2027 and Later Heavy-Duty Highway Engines and Amendments to Inducement Provisions for SCR-Equipped Diesel Engines.
The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on July 14 by Lee Zeldin, Administrator.
