WASHINGTON, April 2 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a proposed rule called: Air Plan Approval; Wisconsin; Moderate Attainment Plan Elements for Wisconsin's 2015 Ozone Standard Areas.
The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on April 2 by Anne Vogel, Regional Administrator, Region 5.
