WASHINGTON, Dec. 11 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a proposed rule called: Air Plan Approval; Virginia; Amendment to the State Operating Permit for GP Big Island, LLC.
The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Dec. 11 by Amy Van Blarcom-Lackey, Regional Administrator, Region III.
