WASHINGTON, Nov. 20 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a proposed rule called: Air Plan Approval; Rhode Island; Regional Haze State Implementation Plan for the Second Implementation Period; Prong 4 (Visibility) for the 2015 8-Hour Ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standard.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Nov. 20 by Mark Sanborn, Regional Administrator, Region 1.
