WASHINGTON, July 30 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a proposed rule called: Air Plan Approval; Pennsylvania; Redesignation of the Warren County Nonattainment Area to Attainment and Approval of the Area's Maintenance Plan for the 2010 1-Hour Primary Sulfur Dioxide National Ambient Air Quality Standard.
The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on July 30 by Amy Van Blarcom-Lackey, Regional Administrator, Region III.
