WASHINGTON, Feb. 26 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a proposed rule called: Air Plan Approval; Missouri; Clean Data Determination for the 2015 8-Hour Ozone Standard for the Missouri Portion of the St. Louis Nonattainment Area.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Feb. 26 by James Macy, Regional Administrator, Region 7.
