WASHINGTON, July 28 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a proposed rule called: Air Plan Approval; Michigan; Redesignation of the Berrien, MI and Muskegon, MI Areas to Attainment of the 2015 Ozone Standards.
The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on July 28 by Anne Vogel, Regional Administrator, Region 5.
