WASHINGTON, Feb. 12 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a proposed rule called: Air Plan Approval; Illinois; Moderate Attainment Plan Elements for the Chicago and Metro East Areas for the 2015 Ozone Standard.
The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Feb. 12 by Anne Vogel, Regional Administrator, Region 5.
