WASHINGTON, April 30 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a proposed rule called: Air Plan Approval; Delaware; Excess Emissions Provisions Pertaining to Periods of Startup, Shutdown and Malfunction Events.
The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on April 30 by Amy Van Blarcom-Lackey, Regional Administrator, Region III.
