WASHINGTON, Nov. 20 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a proposed rule called: Air Plan Approval; Connecticut; Ozone Ambient Air Quality Standard and Adhesive and Sealants Regulation Revisions.
The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Nov. 20 by Mark Sanborn, Regional Administrator, EPA Region 1.
