WASHINGTON, Sept. 12 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a proposed rule called: Air Plan Approval; California; San Joaquin Valley Unified Air Pollution Control District.
The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Sept. 12 by Michael Martucci, Acting Regional Administrator, Region IX.
