WASHINGTON, Oct. 29 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a proposed rule called: Additional Reconsideration Standards of Performance for New, Reconstructed, and Modified Sources and Emissions Guidelines for Existing Sources: Oil and Natural Gas Sector Climate Review.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Oct. 29 by Lee Zeldin, Administrator.
