WASHINGTON, Feb. 24 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a proposed rule called: Accidental Release Prevention Requirements: Risk Management Programs Under the Clean Air Act; Common Sense Approach to Chemical Accident Prevention.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Feb. 24 by Lee Zeldin, Administrator.
