WASHINGTON, Nov. 20 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a notice called: Phasedown of Hydrofluorocarbons: Notice of 2026 Allowance Allocations for Production and Consumption of Regulated Substances Under the American Innovation and Manufacturing Act of 2020, and Notice of Final Actions Establishing Administrative Consequences.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on Nov. 20 by Cynthia Newberg, Director, Stratospheric Protection Division.
