WASHINGTON, Feb. 12 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a notice called: Clean Air Act Tribal Minor New Source Review Permit Issued to Lupton Plant Property, LLC and Lupton Petroleum Products Inc, for the Lupton Facility.
