Despite coming from halfway across the state, thanks to theU ofA'sEngineering Career Awareness Program,Montavius Easonalreadyhad "great friends"before arriving forhisfreshmanyearat the U of A.
The program, also calledECAP, is designed to support students with financial need, particularly first-generation college students,as well asstudents from areas that are less well-represented at the Uof A.
