WASHINGTON, March 2 -- Employee Benefits Security Administration has issued a proposed rule called: Improving Transparency Into Pharmacy Benefit Manager Fee Disclosure; Extension of Comment Period.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on March 2 by Daniel Aronowitz, Assistant Secretary, Employee Benefits Security Administration, Department of Labor.
