WASHINGTON, Nov. 26 -- Employee Benefits Security Administration has issued a notice called: Proposed Exemption for Certain Prohibited Transactions Involving Hawai'i Pacific Health and Its Subsidiary, Straub Clinic & Hospital Located in Honolulu, Hawaii.
