WASHINGTON, March 23 -- Drug Enforcement Administration has issued a rule called: Schedules of Controlled Substances: Placement of 3-Methoxyphencyclidine (1-(1-(3-Methoxyphenyl)cyclohexyl)piperidine) in Schedule I.
