DRUG ENFORCEMENT ADMINISTRATION ISSUES RULE: SCHEDULES OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES: EXTENSION OF TEMPORARY PLACEMENT OF MDMB-4EN-PINACA IN SCHEDULE I OF THE CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES ACT

WASHINGTON, Dec. 11 -- Drug Enforcement Administration has issued a rule called: Schedules of Controlled Substances: Extension of Temporary Placement of MDMB-4en-PINACA in Schedule I of the Controlled Substances Act.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on Dec. 11 by Heather Achbach, Federal Register Liaison Officer, Drug Enforcement Administration.

Summary: The Administrator of the Drug Enforcement Administration is issuing this temporary scheduling order to extend the temporary schedule I status of MDMB-4en-PINACA. The schedule I status of MDMB-4en-PINACA is in effect through December 12, 2025.
