WASHINGTON, Oct. 14 -- Drug Enforcement Administration has issued a proposed rule called: Schedules of Controlled Substances: Temporary Placement of 7- Hydroxymitragynine and Mitragynine Pseudoindoxyl Above a Specified Threshold in Schedule I.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Oct. 14 by Heather Achbach, Federal Register Liaison Officer, Drug Enforcement Administration.
