DRUG ENFORCEMENT ADMINISTRATION ISSUES PROPOSED RULE: SCHEDULES OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES: PLACEMENT OF CUMYL-PEGACLONE IN SCHEDULE I

WASHINGTON, Dec. 11 -- Drug Enforcement Administration has issued a proposed rule called: Schedules of Controlled Substances: Placement of CUMYL-PEGACLONE in Schedule I.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Dec. 11 by Heather Achbach, Federal Register Liaison Officer, Drug Enforcement Administration.

Summary: The Drug Enforcement Administration proposes placing the substance CUMYL-PEGACLONE (SGT-151; 5-pentyl-2-(2-phenylpropan-2-yl)pyrido[4, 3-b]indol-1-one), including its salts, isomers (including optical, positional, and geometric isomers), and salts of isomers, in schedule I of the Controlled Substances Act.
