WASHINGTON, Oct. 27 -- The U.S. Department of Justice's U.S. Attorney's office for XXXXXX (insert district) issued the following press release:
DETROIT -Terrance Markyce Davis, 34, of Detroit, Michigan, todaypleaded guilty to the attempted murder of ATF Special Agents, which occurred during a heated chase with law enforcement in November 2025, United States Attorney Jerome F. Gorgon Jr. announced today. Davis also pleaded guilty to multiple firearms offenses.
Gorgon was joined in the announcement by James Deir, Special Agent in Charge of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), Detroit Field Division; Chief Todd Bettison, Detroit Police Department; and Colonel James F. Grady II, Director, Michigan State Police.
