WASHINGTON, July 9 -- Department Of Veterans Affairs has issued a notice called: Privacy Act of 1974; System of Records.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on July 9 by Saurav Devkota, Government Information Specialist, VA Privacy Service, Office of Information and Technology, Department of Veterans Affairs.
Summary: Pursuant to the Privacy Act of 1974, notice is hereby given that VA is modifying a system of records in its inventory titled, Beneficiary Fiduciary Field System (BFFS)-VA (37VA27). This system contains records used for the administration of benefits regarding beneficiaries who VA or a court has deemed unable to manage their financial affairs.
