WASHINGTON, June 18 -- Department Of Transportation has issued a notice called: Pipeline Safety: Information Collection Activities.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on June 18 by Keith Coyle, Chief Counsel.
Summary: In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, PHMSA invites comments on proposed revisions to incident, accident, and annual report forms for gas and hazardous liquid (carbon dioxide) pipeline facilities, as well as the National Pipeline Mapping System information collection.
