DEPARTMENT OF STATE ISSUES RULE: SERVICE OF PROCESS; FURTHER CHANGE

WASHINGTON, Jan. 16 -- Department Of State has issued a rule called: Service of Process; Further Change.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on Jan. 16 by Alice M. Kottmyer, Attorney-Adviser, Office of the Legal Adviser, Department of State.

Summary: This rule provides an additional change in the address for service of process for summonses, complaints, or other legal documents directed to the Department of State or to any Department employee or former employee in connection with Federal or State litigation.
