WASHINGTON, Aug. 28 -- Department Of State has issued a rule called: International Traffic in Arms Regulations: Modification of Civil Aircraft To Incorporate Aircraft Survivability Equipment.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on Aug. 28 by Thomas G. DiNanno, Under Secretary for Arms Control and International Security, U.S. Department of State.
