DEPARTMENT OF STATE ISSUES RULE: IMPLEMENTATION OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE FALSE CLAIMS ACT

WASHINGTON, Aug. 10 -- Department Of State has issued a rule called: Implementation of the Administrative False Claims Act.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on Aug. 10 by Alice M. Kottmyer, Attorney-Adviser, Office of the Legal Adviser, U.S. Department of State.

Summary: This rule would establish updated, procedural regulations implementing the Administrative False Claims Act (AFCA) at the Department of State.
