DEPARTMENT OF STATE ISSUES NOTICE: IMPOSITION OF NONPROLIFERATION MEASURES AGAINST FOREIGN PERSONS, INCLUDING A BAN ON U.S. GOVERNMENT PROCUREMENT

WASHINGTON, Jan. 27 -- Department Of State has issued a notice called: Imposition of Nonproliferation Measures Against Foreign Persons, Including a Ban on U.S. Government Procurement.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on Jan. 27 by Christopher T. Yeaw, Assistant Secretary of State for Arms Control and Nonproliferation, U.S. Department of State.

Summary: A determination has been made that a number of foreign persons have engaged in activities that warrant the imposition of measures pursuant to the Iran, North Korea, and Syria Nonproliferation Act (INKSNA).
