WASHINGTON, March 25 -- Department Of State has issued a notice called: Global Magnitsky Human Rights Accountability Act Annual Report.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on March 25 by Samuel K. Parker, Deputy Assistant Secretary, Bureau of Economic, Energy & Business Affairs, U.S. Department of State.
