DEPARTMENT OF STATE ISSUES NOTICE: DELEGATION OF AUTHORITY BY THE SECRETARY OF STATE TO THE OFFICIAL PERFORMING THE DUTIES OF THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE U.S. AGENCY FOR INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENT

WASHINGTON, Oct. 2 -- Department Of State has issued a notice called: Delegation of Authority by the Secretary of State to the Official Performing the Duties of the Administrator of the U.S. Agency for International Development.
