WASHINGTON, May 21 -- Department Of Justice has issued a rule called: Authority of Drug Enforcement Administration Supervisory Diversion Investigators, Field Intelligence Managers, and Intelligence Group Supervisors To Sign and Issue Administrative Subpoenas.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on May 21 by Todd Blanche, Acting Attorney General.
