WASHINGTON, July 7 -- Department Of Justice has issued a notice called: Notice of Lodging of Proposed Consent Decree Under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA).
The notice was published in the Federal Register on July 7 by Jason A. Dunn, Assistant Section Chief, Environmental Enforcement Section, Environment and Natural Resources Division.
