DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT ISSUES NOTICE: 60-DAY NOTICE OF PROPOSED INFORMATION COLLECTION: MANUFACTURED HOUSING DISPUTE RESOLUTION

WASHINGTON, Aug. 29 -- Department Of Housing And Urban Development has issued a notice called: 60-Day Notice of Proposed Information Collection: Manufactured Housing Dispute Resolution.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on Aug. 29 by Vance T. Morris, Associate General Deputy Assistant Secretary for Housing.

Summary: HUD is seeking approval from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for the information collection described below. In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act, HUD is requesting comment from all interested parties on the proposed collection of information. The purpose of this notice is to allow for 60 days of public comment.
