WASHINGTON, Aug. 21 -- Department Of Homeland Security has issued a proposed rule called: Genealogy Program Regulations To Clarify the Impact of Federal Records Requirements.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Aug. 21 by Markwayne Mullin, Secretary, U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
