WASHINGTON, Sept. 9 -- Department Of Homeland Security has issued a notice called: Agency Information Collection Activities: Health Care Credentialing Form, DHS Form 5207, OMB Control No. 1601-NEW.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on Sept. 9 by Robert Dorr, Executive Director, Business Management Directorate.
Summary: The Department of Homeland Security will submit the following Information Collection Request (ICR) to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and clearance in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
