DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY ISSUES RULE: RESCINDING REGULATIONS RELATED TO NONDISCRIMINATION ON THE BASIS OF SEX IN EDUCATION PROGRAMS OR ACTIVITIES RECEIVING FEDERAL FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

WASHINGTON, July 1 -- Department Of Energy has issued a rule called: Rescinding Regulations Related to Nondiscrimination on the Basis of Sex in Education Programs or Activities Receiving Federal Financial Assistance.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on July 1 by Treena V. Garrett, Federal Register Liaison Officer, U.S. Department of Energy.
