DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY ISSUES RULE: RESCINDING NEW CONSTRUCTION REQUIREMENTS RELATED TO NONDISCRIMINATION IN FEDERALLY ASSISTED PROGRAMS OR ACTIVITIES

WASHINGTON, July 1 -- Department Of Energy has issued a rule called: Rescinding New Construction Requirements Related to Nondiscrimination in Federally Assisted Programs or Activities.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on July 1 by Treena V. Garrett, Federal Register Liaison Officer, U.S. Department of Energy.
